Narlon & Samantha Edwards Biography

Narlon and Samantha Edwards are full-time Gospel medical missionaries and Bible workers. Through God’s miraculous leading, they have left well-supported careers to co-labor with Christ in a full-time capacity. After an intense Bible and health training, the Lord inspired them to establish Tree of Life Ministries, whose goal it is to enlighten and awaken the people of God to the truth for these times found in the three angel’s messages and how to live according to God’s plan.

Their ministry allows them to work together ministering from place to place conducting evangelistic meetings, revivals, health seminars, natural remedies demonstrations, and healthy cooking classes. By the grace of God, lives have been changed, people touched and workers developed for the upbuilding of the kingdom of God. Narlon Edwards is an ordained elder of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is the primary speaker for Tree of Life Ministries. Samantha is an avid cook and enjoys teaching others how they could “eat and drink to the glory of God”. She has authored The Better Way cookbook.

Together they share a passion for leading others to the “Tree of Life” where all may find complete healing and restoration of body, mind, and soul.

Tree of Life Ministries Biography

We are told that the goal of all our institutions should be to make ready a people prepared for the coming of the Lord and to be able to stand true to God during the investigative judgment. In light of this, it is the mission of Tree of Life Ministries to carry out God’s ideal. The ministry seeks to do this by combining the work of the gospel, found in the three angel’s messages, with the medical missionary work and in connection, the distribution of our distinct and vital publications.

Our name is derived from Proverbs 11:30, The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Tree of Life Ministries is a self-supporting, faith-based ministry. We exist solely to create a desire and drive to finish the work that our Lord began. Why the name “Tree of Life”? The name Tree of Life covers all aspect of Christ’s four-fold work in ministry. In Proverbs 11:30 the Bible says “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” When it comes to teaching, the Tree of Life represents True Education (see our Teaching page for more information) which is what Christ always directed the mind of His hearers to.

Tree of Life also represents health. Revelation 22:2 says the leaves of the tree (of life) were for the healing of the nations. When you consider leaves we are told, “Leaflets containing the light of present truth should be scattered among the people like the leaves of autumn. To many who attend these gatherings, these leaflets would be as the leaves of the tree of life, which are for the healing of the nations.” {Ev 36.1} The rest of Proverbs 11:30 says “He that winneth souls is wise.” The messages God has given us to win souls are the Three Angels Messages of Revelation 14. Hence, we see within the name “Tree of Life” embodies the teaching of true education, the method of healing that Christ has given us, our publications spreading like the leaves of autumn and the proclamation of the Three Angels Messages.
