Vegan Millet Loaf

3 cups hot cooked millet
1 1/2 cups pecan meal
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 TB sage
1 TB onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 TB chicken-style seasoning
2 tsp sea salt
1 TB Braggs
3 TB oil, optional
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until fully combined. Press onto a baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Then remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite gravy.
